EROSKI S.Coop, VET Dual Program Sales Management and Commercial Spaces

The transversal and technical competences “ad hoc” that the student will work on are defined between both tutors (specific to the degree). EROSKI offers projects in Sales Management and Commercial Spaces, which motivate students to integrate in real-work experiences. This is key for the apprenticeship experience in the company.

The evaluation process is coordinated by the educational center, but the execution is responsibility of the company tutor, who has evidence for it. The student receives a qualitative feedback from both tutors at the end of each quarter. The process is key for the talent strategy implemented in EROSKI.
