The company offers real projects (real technology) to help the student and motivate them to integrate in real-world experiences. The company helps the student to find their vocation or preferred field of work. If it is necessary, the company changes the apprenticeship subject and the department. This is key for the apprenticeship experience in the company.

The apprentices are evaluated by their tutor every 15 days with continuous feedback conversations. The evaluation is coordinated with the HR department.

Assessment system is in line with the development of competences (technical and transversal competences) and is coordinated by the university (MU) and company tutors.

At the end of each semester, there is a feedback session between the tutor, the head of the department and the apprentice.
