Co-operation between Alma Mater Europea (PHEI) and Vita Honey (company) lasts 2012. After the agreement of cooperation, the company conducted mentoring training for employees (with at least 5 years of work experience). They are informed in advance and regularly about the arrival of students in to their company.
At least once a year the company meets with the PHEI and discuss further cooperation and possible or needed improvements of processes/cooperation.
Before entering the company, students take a test in German language. The supervisor and assistant mentor are assigned to the student. Upon arrival to the company, the student receives instructions from the head of physiotherapy. During the apprenticeship, the student talks to the manager several times, gives his opinion and possible own initiatives.
Evaluation is performed through the internal questioner.
The main achievement is that students, who proved themselves during their apprenticeship, also accepted a traineeship, after a professional examination they were assisted to obtain work permits for work in Austria and were hired as regular and permanent employees.
Less bureaucracy and 16 permanently employed ex-apprentices.
