Micro company providing EQF 5 apprenticeships.
The company is usually approached either by the student who needs an apprenticeship or by a PHEI. The expectations are discussed among all partners and the plan is prepared individually for each apprentice. The mentors are trained and certified by the chamber.
They use the PDCA quality assurance system according to agreed plan of the PHEI and the expectations of the student.
The evaluation is done as a holistic description of student’s knowledge and skills progress. They would appreciate an assessment form from the PHEI.
They obtain new knowledge and out of the box thinking from the students especially on some everyday issues.
Proactivity of students elevates the motivation and atmosphere of the staff and constant regular communication among all involved.
Time-consuming but beneficial.
